Mark in Adelaide with the brudas,
(check out the mokkies, hairstyles and flannelettes) thumbs up from Andy. Johnny starting guitar early. While mum's pantyhose hang on the line.

In Cuba with Juan, learning Guantanamera
(Juan would smack Mark over the head witha rolled up newspaper every time he made a mistake, saying "Es' facil, es' facil" (it's easy, it's easy) Juan would serenade Mark and Tina for 3 hours every morning, about the same time it took him to walk to the piano. Man could he play. Juan taught guitar and piano to Cuban students, the equivalent of our philharmonic orchestra.

In the Andes after walking nearly 100km in three days, consuming nearly 9 litres of water per day from the mountain springs. Hopefully the donkeys didn't drop their waste further upstream (but we won't go there will we, huh?)

In Manhattan, New York. The first time this sign was displayed since John and Yoko. Even being vegetarian the American diet took it's toll (Beefcake Eden)

In Pune, India. Learning Tabla from Nitin. Nitin invited Mark to come back and record his music with Nitin and his family (which practically made up an orchestra) Stoked of course at the invitation, Mark will go back and record when he gets the chance.

Au-Go-Go Records in Melbourne in front of the display to promote his debut CD "Melt"
